How to use the book kits

After purchase - download

After your purchase - in your account - you can see your download links

• When you click on the link, you must save your file on your computer.
• Make a new folder on your computer, name it and save your book kits in it.
• Choose your folder and click 'save' - your computer will start downloading.

Unzip your files

All files are zipped to decrease the size of the file. You'll have to unzip them and you can easily do that with 7-zip - a free open-source zip-program.

Open the files and print

Use MS WORD, OpenOffice or another text editor. The files/pages are in .PNG format, so they won't lose quality when you resize or print them.

• Open MS WORD or the editor you have. Set your margins, so you'll have a half inch edge around the image (book page).
• Now, insert your image on the blank page. When your image is on the page, it will be very small.

Now you must:

• Click the image once to mark it and drag the image with the mouse in the side and bottom, so there now is a half inch egde around the image/book page. There might be a bit more than half an inch egde in the bottom and it depends on your printer settings. You can't do anything about that.
• If you have the book with lines, you're now ready to print the page. NOTE: If you have the book with blank pages DO NOT print, before you have written in them.

The blank version - write in text boxes

If you're using the blank pages, you must insert text boxes to write in, as you are writing in an image. You choose the font and font color yourself.

• Choose 'Insert' -> 'Text box' and resize and place the box where you want it.
• Make the text box transparent by clicking on it and choose 'Fill' -> 'no-fill' and 'Line' -> 'no-line'. Now the box is transparent and ready to write in.
